These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website debutphotos.com and the services provided by Debut Creative LLC (“Debut,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

The Service

Debut is a self-serve AI photo generator. You upload photos of yourself (“selfies”), and we set up a private AI model of your appearance from them. You then use credits to generate new, AI-created photos of yourself (such as professional headshots) in the styles, backdrops, and outfits you choose, and to edit photos you have generated. Your AI model is private to your account: it is used only to create photos for you and is never shared with or used for anyone else.

Every generated photo passes an automated quality and likeness check before it reaches your gallery. Photos that fail the check are rejected automatically and the credits for them are refunded to your balance. Specific features, plans, and pricing are described on our website at the time of purchase and may change over time.

Plans, Credits, and Payment

Debut is sold as one-time purchases, not a subscription. A plan purchase grants your account a balance of credits. Generating and editing photos consumes credits at the rates shown in the app at the time of the action. Additional credit top-up packs may be available for purchase from your dashboard. Credits do not expire, are personal to your account, and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash except as described in our Refund Policy.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price in full at the time of purchase.

Your Account

You sign in with an email link or a Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@debutphotos.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to the following: you will only upload photos of yourself, and never photos of another person, a minor, or a public figure; all information you provide is accurate and truthful; you will not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose, including impersonation or misrepresenting your identity to defraud others; and you will not upload or attempt to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, or infringes on any third party's rights.

We use automated safety and quality checks on generated content, and we may reject content, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate this section.

Your Photos and Your AI Model

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all photos you upload. You grant Debut a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your uploaded photos solely to provide the service to you: setting up your private AI model, generating and editing your photos, and running quality checks. This processing includes analyzing your facial features so that generated photos look like you, and you consent to that processing when you upload your selfies. The license ends for any photo when you delete it or when your data is deleted at your request.

Because your uploaded selfies are what power your AI model, they are retained while your account is active so you can keep generating new photos. You can remove individual selfies from your model page at any time, and you can request deletion of all of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We never use your photos to train AI models for anyone else, and we never sell them.

Ownership of Generated Photos

You own the AI-generated photos we create for you, with full personal and commercial usage rights. You are free to use them on professional profiles, social media, and anywhere else.

We do not use your photos in our marketing, portfolio, or promotional materials unless you provide separate, explicit written consent.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Your photos are created using artificial intelligence. While every photo passes an automated likeness and quality check, AI-generated images are representations of your likeness, not photographs, and may contain minor imperfections. Results vary based on the quality and variety of the selfies you upload. Debut does not guarantee any specific outcome (such as job interviews, professional opportunities, or engagement on any platform) from the use of your photos. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you use AI-generated images.

Because photos are generated from shared styles, backdrops, and outfits, the service may produce similar (though not identical) compositions for other users. Your likeness is your own, but we do not guarantee that the look of any photo is stylistically unique to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Debut Creative LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debut Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated photos for any particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Debut Creative LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, the photos you upload, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using our services for any harmful or unlawful purpose. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your most recent purchase. If we terminate for a violation of these Terms, remaining credits are forfeited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Wyoming.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
